Not every clean is the same.

A regular clean, a detailed deep clean and an end-of-lease clean have different scopes. Understanding the difference makes quotes easier to compare.

01 / EVERYDAY

Regular house cleaning

Routine kitchens, bathrooms, dusting, floors and general upkeep. Ask which tasks are included each visit.

02 / DETAILED

Deep cleaning

More time on accumulated grime, edges, fixtures and less frequently cleaned spaces. Agree on the detailed scope first.

03 / MOVING

End-of-lease cleaning

Plan room by room, check your entry condition report and allow time to inspect the finished work.

The Brisbane cleaning edit

Useful advice, without the guesswork.

Moving out? Start with your entry report.

In Queensland, tenants generally need to leave a rental in the condition it was in at the start, allowing for fair wear and tear. Professional cleaning is not automatically mandatory in every tenancy.

Work room by room, photograph the result and compare against the entry condition report.

Five questions to ask before booking.

  1. Exactly which rooms and tasks are included?
  2. Are oven, windows and tracks extra?
  3. Who supplies products and equipment?
  4. Is the quote fixed or time-based?
  5. What happens if an agreed task is missed?

Get the scope and any exclusions in writing.

Before you book

A good quote starts with a clear brief.

Tell prospective cleaners the property type, approximate size, access details, preferred date and the exact work you want completed.

  • Bedrooms, bathrooms and living areas
  • Regular, one-off or end-of-lease service
